What it costs

Live station pricing, in plain numbers.

Pricing is quote-based because a live event depends on hours, guest count, product, and travel — but here are the real anchors so you can budget before you call.

The anchors

Start here, then we tailor it.

Local activation

From ~$5,000

A staffed live station for a local Southern California event, including setup, operation, and teardown.

Staffing

$250 / hour

Trained operators, billed for setup, live run time, and teardown — the crew that keeps the line moving.

Travel

$900 outside core

Events beyond Orange County, Los Angeles, and San Diego add a travel fee; local events skip it.

What moves the number

Six things we ask about.

  • Event hours & run window. A two-hour reception prices differently from a full trade-show day.
  • Guest count. The bigger the expected line, the more stations and operators we stage.
  • Product. Bella+Canvas tees, hoodies, Richardson 112 caps, and totes each carry different blank costs.
  • Artwork. A single approved logo is simple; a menu of designs or per-guest names adds prep.
  • Travel & load-in. Convention-center docks, parking, and distance all factor in.
  • Blanks sourcing. We can supply the garments or press onto blanks you provide.

Why not a fixed menu?

A generic price table would mislead you.

Airbrush vendors often quote per-shirt because one artist paints one shirt at a time. A live heat-press station is staffed and staged differently, so the honest way to price it is by the event, not the piece. Send the date, city, guest count, and product goal and you'll get a real number — not a guess.
