Station 01
Live DTF heat press — the core swap for airbrush.
This is the station most planners come here for. A guest chooses artwork from a menu, an operator aligns a pre-produced full-color transfer, and the heat press bonds it in seconds. The result is a Bella+Canvas 3001 or Gildan tee with sharp, photo-grade color that stretches and survives the laundry — something freehand aerosol can't promise. Because the artwork is staged ahead of time, the bottleneck disappears and the line clears.

Station 02
Names, numbers & date drops.
The personalization that made airbrush feel special — a name across the back, a number, an event date — done cleanly with heat-applied lettering and number kits. Great for team merch, reunions, and any crowd that wants "mine, not a generic one." Guests spell it out at the table and we press it while they wait.
Station 03
Hat bar & live patch application.
Guests pick a cap — structured Richardson 112 trucker or a Flexfit fitted — then choose a patch we heat-press on the spot. Leather-look, woven, or PVC patches give a premium, keepsake-grade takeaway that photographs beautifully and needs no drying time.
